A little bird told me... |
Just a little pea in a pod, creating, crafting, singing, feeling, walking, sewing, blogging, breathing, loving, cooking, talking, sharing everything I could want to share with YOU. |
Just made this my phone screensaver. OH MY OH MY.
the piano/harmonica mix in this song is TO DIE FOR!
Next birthday party theme?! I’m determined.
I’ve been feeling a little un-creative with my outfits lately, so I went websurfin’ and found these cute ideas! They are different, yet simple. And so easy to put together. (Which I must say, is my favorite part)
NEED, WANT, MUST HAVE!

A few easy steps to cute, festive, dazzled looking nails!
Materials needed:
flat bottomed jewel crystals
clear nail polish
nail adhesive/bonding agent
cotton swab
lotion or vaseline
Begin dipping the cotton end of your cotton swab into the lotion or vaseline and getting a small amount on the tip. This will be your magic wand in a way, for precise application of your crystals. Apply adhesive to a small portion of your nail, large enough for 4 or 5 crystals. Use your cotton swab to pick up each crystal and set onto your nail in straight lines. Add more glue to the untouched area of your nail and fill in with crystals. Repeat on all nails.
Once all nails have been covered in crystals, apply a layer of clear nail polish or top coat to secure the crystals placement and wearability!
VOILA! How festive!
If you are interested in starting to make some headbands for yourself, just like I do, click the photo itself to find out the EASY way to make these oh, so adorable flowers :) And then, once you’ve created the flowers, grab your hot glue gun and stick ‘em to a plain headband. Easy as that!
Becoming very obsessed with this band. Local Natives are very talented. Consider checking them out!
Here is a little panoramic view of some of my 2011 new year resolutions! Your resolutions don’t always have to be about personal fitness (like most people wish for), strive for personal GROWTH within your body, spirit, and mind. And make this year one for the books :)
